Nice clean rooms, strong Wi-Fi, great shower temperature and pressure. The breakfast was well stocked with everything you could possibly want.

There are bad smells in this building, in the lobby,nin the elevator, in the stairwells, and in the room. All the smells are different and none of them are good. To make matters worse, there's no ventilation fan that I can hear running in the bathroom, and the windows are sealed shut so you can't let fresh air in that way.

Brand new facility & it was wonderful. Staff was great & location was perfect for my stay. Plenty of options for dinner in the surrounding area.

Best hotel stay in a while. Comfortable beds, a great room layout, and hot water that was perfect for a much-needed soak in the tub. After a long travel day, it truly felt restful. Big thanks to Stephanie for being so kind and accommodating - she made the stay even better.

I traveled Oct 7-8 to this fabulous Holiday Inn Express. One of the best I’ve stayed in. Incredible hot breakfast ( Angela kept the food coming and made sure breakfast area was clean, wonderful customer service at check in snd beautifully clean appointed rooms with super comfortable mattress. I will definitely be back!

So close to everything in west Des Moines. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Only bummer was the pancake machine was broken. Otherwise lots of variety for breakfast food.
